Organic nail and spa

First time when I booked an appointment via phone there was an mis communication on the date but the owner Blu made sure to get it fixed and had great customer service. I now use their online booking and it’s easy to use. I love that they have dazzle dry! It’s so hard to find a place with dazzle dry ( was traveling 30 min before finding this place to get my nails done). Also, their prices are fair on it. They take their time and do a good job. I took my brother with me one of the times he was visiting and he was impressed with how long his nails lasted as he is a mail carrier so he works with his hands (he got them painted with dazzle dry). Love that they are a natural salon. Definitely recommend going here!

Second time had my nails done here., I tried a simple design and I’m really pleased with the result. The owner and staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend this place for affordable organic manicure & pedicure service.

Says it closes at 7 walking welcome but I was trying to surprise my wife, just got home from the hospital, and they were closed at 6 27.. what a let down I had to play it off and take her home and attempt to do it myself .. thanks

I had an okay experience here at best. The pedicure was slow, and when it wasn’t slow, it was rough and rushed. But the real reason I would never come back happened while I was sitting there. Another customer had an issue because they didn’t do her design correctly, yet they still demanded full payment immediately. The employee/manager got loud and even went as far as threatening to take the customer’s purse. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when the service wasn’t properly completed. It was shocking and unprofessional, and frankly, I’m surprised this place has so many good reviews. After witnessing that, I would never return and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go here either.

Never go to this place. They advertise services they aren’t even capable of doing. I came in for French tips, and they had to redo them so many times that I ended up spending hours there. If you can’t do a design properly, you shouldn’t claim you can, and certainly shouldn’t still expect payment for it. I told them I wasn't happy with the design but they didn't care and demanded full payment immediately. The pricing might seem reasonable at first, but the quality and skill just aren’t there. You don’t leave satisfied, and your money is far better spent elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend this place.
