Her years of expertise and dedication to using only the best products put you in great hands. I left with gorgeous color that didn’t damage my hair or irritate my skin. No one should be treated poorly. Customers deserve better treatment, but instead we experience the ultimate verbal abuse, drama, and gaslighting. How much abuse should a paying customer receive???? This is unacceptable. Ruth should seriously think about retirement because outright disrespect and disregard for other human beings is sick.

I’ve been going to Ruth for my hair care for a few years and she’s exactly what myself and my hair needed. She really takes pride in her work and she loves too do hair. She isn’t your average hair stylist either she is very experienced and knowledgeable. Ruth taught me things about my hair I had no idea about. Being at her shops makes you feel at home. She is pleasant,welcoming honest individual. At this shop you are free worries and are in very great care. I’m very happy I met Ruth and let be my hair stylish. I have healthy, strong and thick natural hair.

This woman can never convince me to write her a good review. Ever!! All I know is that she owes customers a lot of money. She’s extremely unprofessional, she argues with customers, she insults and belittles them. Her natural hair course school is also a joke. She will bad mouth and gossip about her students behind their backs to get them to argue and fight with each other. They don’t get the supplies and equipment they paid for. You will definitely get cheated out of your hard earned money attending those courses. No one should ever come to this place to get their hair done. One star Ruth gets and one star she deserves because she truly earned it.

I have been with Organic beauty salon for about 10yrs. I have had the upmost positive experiences with Ms.Ruth Brooks and her staff. Within the 10yrs my hair has become healthy and extremely long compare to when I met her. I recommend anyone to come to this salon for excellent treatment for your hair and the beautiful relationship with Ms.Brooks and her staff.
