I really wanted to like this place. The seats are comfy and service was good but my manicure turned out terrible. I paid extra for gel and literally two days later it’s peeling off, I realized a few hours after leaving that I had air bubbles on a bunch of my nails. So I paid a 20 dollar upcharge for gel nails just for them to come off two days later? I’m in a wedding this weekend and guaranteed my nails won’t even last till then which is a week. Tried to treat myself on my birthday and now have just wasted a ton of money.

Toe nails were trimmed too short and were rounded which leads to in-growns. Truly not happy with the execution on the pedicure and it’s pricey for a basic pedicure $48 is steep! I actually vocally said “ouch” because she trimmed my skin on one of my toenails not the cuticle. Would highly recommend to NOT go here. My feet will be in recovery. I will say the people were nice just not happy with the product.

Ask for Jenny! One of the best I have had. OMG! She is amazing and the spa is wonderful! Great massage chairs and very clean. Let’s get them busy. All of them so friendly.

Terrible service! Used to love this place but the past 2 times I’ve gone it’s not been a good experience! They lather you with some oily scrub for 2 seconds and barely rinse it off so you feel gross honestly! Then they barely do any heel or cuticle work which really what I’m here for! The whole service felt so rushed and not relaxing at all! On the website they say they close at 7:30 but by 6:40 they’re trying to rush customers and ask if they can start cleaning and sweeping to get you out! For it being a higher end “spa” and how high their prices are I would not recommend this place!!

I paid over 70$ for a pedicure for them to not remove the dead skin. When I asked about removing the dead skin they said it's 10$ extra. I paid the 10$ extra and my feet look the exact same from when I arrived. I'm highly disappointed. They asked me to come back but I didn't go because I live far from westminister
