Overall, the customer service was satisfactory, and they had a wide variety of hair options to choose from. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to return unopened and unused hair packs for a refund. Unlike other beauty supply stores, they only provide store credit instead of issuing a refund through the original payment method. Considering that they received the products back in their original condition and can resell them, it would be more appropriate to provide a refund in the same manner as the initial payment.

The owner & I have known each other for a very long time. I am grateful and happy for her and her business and it is the ONLY place that I purchase hair supplies. I hope she continues to grow, prosper and provide wonderful products for the community. I will continue to support her for as long as she is in business. I hope others do the same! 🙌🏽👏🏽😊

I don’t know her name, but the older lady is always rude any and every time I go into the store! I went in yesterday to buy a few things and saw some different fragrances that they had. I picked a specific one up and asked her if it was for men or women. Without even looking at me or the product, she rudely said “I don’t know” as she kept walking past! At that point I no longer wanted to spend my money here!

When they say they have the stuff they do they had all my hair oils I use they have all the viral perfumes they even have knock off designer bags they have two locations I suggest you go check both of them out

Customer service is always on point. Cute clothes and accessories. I have come in this store on several occasions in over 2 years and I never leave disappointed or feel like my money was wasted.
