I had a truly great experience. My conversation with Dr. Pitts felt more like talking with a friend than with someone simply doing their job — light, humorous, and at the same time highly professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and offered several options for addressing my issue. The staff were equally wonderful, showing a genuine desire to help rather than just going through the motions. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and thorough. Thank you very much!

I went today for my first visit, a consultation for multiple surgical needs. The front office was welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. Everything went along so smoothly. My doctor was very easy to talk to and thoroughly explained the necessary procedures recommended along with options and variables depending on their findings as we moved forward. I was especially impressed by the billing and insurance personnel who took time to comb through my health and dental insurance for maximum coverage as well as timing out the procedures on the calendar. I feel confident and secure choosing this particular provider. I would highly recommend.

Dr Pitts and his nurses are hands down the best. They all made my oral surgery so easy and quick. I have never had oral surgery like this before where before you know it you are waking up from the surgery and it is all done. If you can ever can say your dental oral surgery was the best you will say Dr Pitts did it and the oral surgery institute. Hands down the best Dr and staff I have ever seen. I used to work in the medical field for over 15 years and have not been to a better office. You will not regret picking this office.

My nephew has surgery here by Dr. Z. Both offices he went into were clean and spacious. The staff at the surgery center aswell as OSI were professional, caring and patient with him. He has anxiety they all made him have a great experience with very little anxiety. Thank everyone!!

I had a broken wisdom tooth pulled today. This tooth had been bothering me for a while and I was referred to this place by Rivergate Dental. Oral Surgical Institute is amazing. They have friendly receptionists and staff. They treated me with the best care and genuinely cared for my well being. This tooth was so painful, I had been using Oragel and clove oil daily but at times those things didn't help much. They made sure I was comfortable and extracted my tooth in a timely manner. I 100% recommend this institute for anyone needing oral surgery. They know what they are doing and are friendly while doing it. I went to the Nashville/downtown location near TSU.
