Oral Surgery Associates Of Northern Virginia

We used the Woodbridge Location. Dr. Wang is great doctor and has great bed manner the staff are professional. The issue that I have is that there are hidden charges they do not disclose upfront. I thought I paid all my deductible upfront but two months later I received another bill and I was assured there will not be any other charges out-of-pocket. When I went the doctor's office to find out the additional charges, they said it is consultation fee. I do not understand why they would charge consultation fee when I had referral from our orthodontist and they knew exactly what teeth he had to remove and why they didn't tell me that the consolation fee was not cover by the insurance. They waited until my son's surgery was performed and now I am stuck what bill so I had to pay. I think

My husband and I have had service performed at this office on several occasions. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful . Dr wang is the best he’s always done an excellent job pulling our teeth, never any problems or complications. Very thankful for his service and staff .

Unfortunately Dr. Pell doesn't treat TMJ anymore. It would have been so easy for them to just ignore the referral that came through or to do a quick phone call and basically say "not us." But instead the woman sat on the phone with me trying to help me find someone that could help me. She was so incredibly kind and I really appreciate that she did that. I appreciate the kindness and compassion shown by the office.

Gave them an extra star because the doctor was great. The nurse who prepped our special needs daughter was rude with both us and our daughter. She had no patience for needing to repeat instructions for our daughter or for us trying to help our daughter be comfortable. The office also refuses to follow state regulations to file to both our primary and secondary insurance.

Got my last two wisdom teeth removed today and could not have asked for better service! The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dentist was amazing and gave 100% effort into removing these impacted, broken teeth. I give this place 5 stars! Plus the cost was unbelievably cheaper than anyone else from Woodbridge to Fredericksburg! Called to see if they were accepting new patients this morning and was seen by 11:15am the same day! How much better can you get????? Neighbour Dental and Embry Mill Dental have nothing on this place!!!! Great job, will be looking to come back for more services if needed. Thank you!
