Excellent experience. Good understanding with each other.
The girls are so fun, I brought in a picture leah said ok and completely out did the photo shes simply amazing at her job. jess was very honest didnt like the way a clients hair held the purple instead of just leaving it she redid the whole process with no additional charge. They had a lady come in wanting high and low lights she didnt need both instead of taking her money they explained a cheaper better way. For them its about the client and the job they do not the money. Ill continue going to Ora from here on out.
I showed a pic it was past my ears I came out w hair shorter than my sons.... not impressed seriously Shorter than most guys never asked if I was ok w it. If u want a barber perfect... my was a butcher job.
Found ORA out of desperation. Their ad said specializing in color. Well, I was transformed into the cut and color I wanted. No b.s., Leah did a phenomenal job on me. Very happy with my new look. Kate D.
