I got a haircut my first appointment and I showed numerous pictures of how I wanted it, how my hair was before it grew out. Even with details and descriptions, she still left most of the layers in the mid section longer than I wanted and my bangs are still too long too. (I wanted a cut and highlight but they said they didn’t have time for it) so she scheduled me a week after. An emergency happened with my mother that day so I didn’t make the appointment obviously and someone called mid emergency trying to say I owe a $75 fee for not canceling and I’m responsible for paying for their work time? LOL I’ve NEVER had that happen from a salon and seems incredibly sketchy because I was never told about it beforehand and I’m not paying anything I didn’t get a service for. I will never go here agai

I've tried this salon many times and every single time I have walked out wishing I didn't. I wanted to like them as I like the concept of a 1 stop shop . Hair nails etc in 1 salon.. cool . But not when the people that work there are way under qualified. I've gotten my hair done. Every time walked out without getting what I wanted even after showing a picture of a simple baylayage then walked out with a 5 year Olds haircut after telling her I hate straight cuts.. I now go to ora salon in skowhegan strongly recommend she's amazing! And I never walk out disappointed. I saw they had a new girl that started nails there and thought I'd give her a shot.. guess I'm too nice. Come to find out I was only the 4th person she's ever done nails on? Yikes. And I was there for 5 hours getting these on on

Beach ready thanks to Shannon, Stephanie and the great staff there! First time tanning- reasonable prices and clean beds that are very easy to use. And my nails look great! Love these ladies - I feel beautiful. 😁

Had my hair done today by Jess, I sent her an inspiration picture before hand and she was able to match it exactly, even tho I had boxed color she was coloring over! Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable stylists! I’ve also had eyelash extensions by Becca for quite a while and I loved them! She always made sure I was happy with my results and she didn’t rush, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable! Highly recommend this salon!

Been going to Stephanie for my hair for three years. She always does a amazing job and never disappoints. If you want hair extensions she's the girl to see !! Just started getting my nails done by Teegan and she does a amazing job . Tanning beds are clean and so are the rooms . Can't say anything negative about any of the girls they are all professional and willing to tackle your needs!
