Came here for a perm rod set a little over a year ago. Don’t know why I’m just remembering it now. Do NOT get your hair done here. I came in and asked for a perm rod set and they asked me what I was talking about. (First sign I should have walked out the door.) My hair was washed. The girl doing it didn’t seem to know how to set the hair. She used about 20 rods. Different sizes and colors. Why? I don’t know. I definitely use wayyyyy more than 20 rods to do my hair myself. (You’re probably asking yourself why I sat there and allowed this to happen to myself. I was going to a charity event and needed my hair done. So I was giving it a chance because I didn’t have time to go to another salon and wait my turn on a Saturday. I had already stopped at 3 other salons on Merrick to see if I could g

Ms. Abby has been my stylist for more then 20 years. In the time I’ve known her she has proven to be professional and courteous. She takes the time to explain what’s going on with your hair and what you should and should not be doing. Lastly, she always gives a heads up when she’s not going to be available, giving enough time to make alternate arrangements. She is greatly appreciated. 20+years and counting
