Laxmi Eyebrow Threading Place

I love laxmi and her other stylist that she brings alone. I’ve been going to laxmi since I was 16 years old and I’m going on 25 she always go an amazing job. However the last time I went I didn’t want to wait so I tried another lady that works there and she surprisingly did any an amazing job

Laxmi May be amazing but the other aunty working there ruined my eyebrows. I specifically asked her not to make them thin and she thought it was better to shape them than to listen to my preference. Absolutely not ok.

Customer service sucks , rude , talking about customers with other customers,they wax everybody with the same honey wax roll on smh, she pick and choose who she gonna do stuff for . She doesn’t change her gloves while doing threading , she uses the same gloves on everybody , touching money and waxing customers with the same gloves nasty. She’s always making cuts ,makes one brow thin and the other one thick . Never again

Yes I definitely agree with one of the other reviews where they said they make your eyebrows too thin, and also cut your skin with the thread too. Go somewhere else not worth it. Especially when you say don’t make it thin, just clean it up a little. Like the woman acts like she knows what you mean, but gives the same eyebrows to all her clients. So rude and unprofessional and had the audacity to ask “do you want to add tip” “absolutely not 😑” please it’s not worth it im telling you rn 💀

I have been going to this eyebrow place for a minute until now. I went today and they MADE MY EYEBROWS WAY TOO THIN & tried to GASLIGHT ME and tell me they've always been like that. I have naturally thinner brows but they've been more full. She took off way too much hair. She even tried to ask me for a tip even though I said I didn't like my eyebrows. Eventually, I got my money back.They need to brush the brows before they start working on them. I am NEVER going here again and I would advise you DON'T either. Ridiculous.
