I did a last-minute appointment today to get my nails done by a young lady named Quaja. She was recommended to me by a coworker. Quaja was awesome, very friendly, and had very good energy. Quaja is a very pleasant person to talk to! The environment was very clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Quaja only booked one client at a time, so you're not waiting or sitting on top of each other. As for the price, it was resonable and well worth it. I would recommend Quaja to anyone.

My daughter had a three o’clock appointment for her prom. I received a text from her while I was at work at 6, saying “no one has touched her hair yet!” As you could imagine I was upset! The stylist didn’t show up until three thirty, and on top of that she over booked/booked clients too close together. I show up very angry, but calm and ask her very directly. What’s taking so long? Why is my daughter just now getting in the chair. The shop is nice and I love Mattie , she's a sweetheart and can do good sew-ins ! But on the other note a girl name Kara that works in that shop can not do hair ! My sister asked for box braids and the braids was to big, spaced out and ugly. My sister kindly went back to the shop to speak with her about her getting a refund or her doing it over, but she said " What's exactly wrong with it?" "And we don't do refunds here" Plus my sister accidentally left her braiding packets at the shop so I had went to the shop to pick up the hair and this girl Kara had the audacity to use the rest of my sister hair on another client ! I said " So you used the hair that I bought for my sister on another client?" And the only thing she said was like I can go buy some . I was soooo heated !!! Whatever y'all

On 06/16, I made an appointment with their hair stylist Kara for a crotchet with an invisible part. 48 HOURS LATER, the hair was loose and coming out in large sections. There was also a product that she used to match my scalp with the color of the hair. The product matted the hair so bad, I couldn't part or restlye the hair without it becoming tangled and frizzy. I later looked up reviews for this product and found it's not even recommended on natural hair because it dries it up and causes your hair to get very frizzy. So if it's not recommended on natural hair, why in the world would she think it best to put it on synthetic, curly hair? I messaged Kara on FB and she refused to do a refund and BLOCKED me! Yes, BLOCKED me. Smh. We aren't friends who had a disagreement. This was a business

Nice, calm environment. My appointment was at 9 the stylist kara texted me and said she was running late; I aggreed to reschedule to 10am although she was still 20 minutes late. The braids are not worth the price. It was extremely tight (tighter than African braiding) my scalp had sores for weeks. The braids were nice on the top but messy in the back and the middle. She had most of my braiding hair bunched up in a ball and said I was running out of hair so she had to make the rest big. I had enough. If she would have kept the hair neat and layed out. She seemed to keep getting aggravated and wanted to take a break more than I did. When I got up to use the restroom she was outside on her phone for at least 15-20 minutes.
