ONYX NAILS

I visited Onyx on Thursday, September 4th, for a pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure, and Frank took care of me. He did an excellent job and was very dedicated throughout the service. The salon’s remodel looks beautiful, the place is very clean, and it has a relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciated Frank’s professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Onyx Nails for a pedicure. I didn’t realize there were new owners. The ambiance is so much better now. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had 2 toes where my nail had fallen off but had grown back somewhat. The tech was able to add little acrylic to make it look whole again. I was so impressed with the entire experience. If you had a bad experience there before, I would suggest giving them another try with the new owners. The service I received was a 10/10 and I will be returning 🥰

Love my new nails! I asked for cateye chrome frenchies and the design is exactly what I asked for. Everyone there was so friendly, and the salon was very clean. Definitely coming back.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Now normally I have no issues when I come to this salon, but the workers have been changing more frequently. Two days ago me and my boyfriend went, we asked for 2 pedicures, manicure and I requested my eyebrows to be waxed. Two Hispanic women who I’ve never seen before worked on both of us, super unprofessional. Every minute they got up to grab their phones to talk to someone via FaceTime, never came back and washed their hands from touching other surfaces, the one with glasses literally cut my boyfriends cuticles on his toe and painted his toe a baby pink instead of clear polish, didn’t even ask if that was okay.. THEN the lady working on me constantly on her phone as well, shaped my nails uneven, but this is the worse part she literally burned under my eye while

DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I asked for Ombré Nails. Through the entire process I kept telling him they did not look right and he kept telling me he would fix it. At the end he proceeded to try to use white polish to dab extra white on. When I told him that was not ok, he told me that was all he could do, got an attitude and told me I could go. I asked the two other techs if they could fix it and they apologized and stated they didn’t know how to do Ombré.
