Only Nails

I had my first visit to “Only Nail Salon” today 11/23/24. The salon opens at 10:00am and only two technicians were there. But that was fine I was a walk in and there was another client. The tech was very helpful and friendly. He and I chatted about his career and his techniques doing nails. He was very friendly as some nail tech won’t engage at all. I asked for his card because I will visit again and make an appointment with him.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get my nails done yesterday and not only did they cut my finger while doing my acrylic set, the gel on almost every single finger started peeling not even 5 minutes after leaving. I went back the next day to get them fixed and they were beyond rude. They were rough with my hands and made it very clear they were upset they had to redo it. To make matters worse the gel polish on the “fixed” nails have all also started peeling. If you want even a decent job DO NOT go here, I will never give them business again. (Below I have attached pictures of the first job they did with my nails and the attempted “fix”)

Horrible customer service. The lady Jenny did my nails. She asked me to show her the design I wanted. She agreed that she could do it. After looking at the first hand completed it was very sloppily done and rushed. I told her I didn't like it and she flat out told me she will no longer do designs for me because I didn't like it and it took her 30 min to do it. Then proceeded to tale everything off.. so here I am no polish no design just nails. I got my feet soaked and gel polish removed and they still expected me to pay $90. After being talked down to and only offered a $5 discount. You can bet they will never see me again. Especially because I had to pay another nail salon $85 to fix their mess.

I asked for a sparkly French tip and they did not add the sparkle but that wasn’t the main problem. The main problem was the main dryer to dry your feet and nails broke and my sister had to use a tiny fan which took forever to dry. Other than that great service mostly everyone was nice and friendly. One person was very rude. The pedicure was not good either. There was crusty left over and it made my legs super dry. I won’t be going back

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! I got a gel manicure and in less than 24 hours, the gel polish began peeling. I went into the shop to get a full refund and was told that I could not get a refund. She did offer to fix my nails and re-paint them but, I was already disappointed in the fact that my gel polish began to peel in less than 24 hours. I walked into the shop at 6:15ish pm and I stood at the register up until close at 7pm. The lady who did my nails made threats to call the police on me after not wanting to give me a refund. Overall terrible experience and customer service. Do not recommend at all. I paid $35 for gel polish and paid her an additional $15 for the tip. I should have gotten a FULL refund. If the service was not done correctly the first time, I cannot
