Absolutely unacceptable. I asked Raoul for a simple design—just a heart, line, or star. Somehow that translated into shaving off the entire back of my hair and leaving it uneven. I was crystal clear about what I wanted and even confirmed with him beforehand. He said he could do it. He lied. I hate to call out my own gender, but as a man working with women’s hair, he should know better than to disregard a direct request. If he wasn’t confident in the style, he should’ve said so instead of butchering my hair. I will never return, and I’ll make sure my followers know exactly why.

Dupree cut all my hair off when i just wanted the top to be evened out. Tried to show him a picture, he said "don't worry about it" then proceeded to use a razor without a comb on the top of my head. I don't normally get haircuts either, so i had a years worth of hair on my head i was taking good care of, that he erased, and didn't give me a refund for. Glad to never have to come back there ever again.

the worst. guy in the 2nd chair forwarded me to rob big. talked the whole time and left my son patched upwith big 2 inch patches of hair on the what supposed to be a fade. came back to talk sensibly unfortunately he was in the middle of a conversation and turned back around to keep talking to somebody in a chair after i asked him to please finish. they (chair victim) had to excuse him so he can try to not finish the uncut. the guy in the 2nd chair who seemed like the leader of the 2 live dead crew kept his head down cutting... mitches family slaughter this black on black violence needs to stop.

In my opinion, Cedric is best barber at this location. The best barber I've ever had. Whenever he cuts my hair men and woman always compliments my cut. The men want to know where I got it cut! I wouldn't go any place else to get my haircut!

DO NOT GO HERE! Businesses provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to ask what time they closed. A gentleman answered and said 8 p.m. I arrived at 7:35 and the sign was off. I walked up to the door and they motioned to me that they were closed. If you don't intend on waiting on me after a certain time, that should have been said WHEN I CALLED. I've been providing customer service for 17 years, and I'd never dream of turning a good customer seeking MY services away; and certainly NOT Before the time that I HAVE PRINTED ON MY ESTABLISHMENT THAT MY BUSINESS IS TO CLOSE. Unbelievable.
