Disappointed in this salon . Had a 930 appt on Christmas Eve. I think they should treat the client who is getting a $20 service with the same RESPECT as a client getting a $100 service. Had some previous nail damage so wanted a regular manicure and was asked 3 times by two different people why I wasn't getting no chip. Then Tina came out and asked the same question. Why wasn't I getting a no chip? I gave her the same answer. She seemed aggravated . I gave a great tip before she painted my nails because I figured that was the bottom line with her and the guy at the first table on right. $$$. Michelle is amazing! She’s so detail-oriented and always makes my nails look flawless. Every set is beautifully shaped, long-lasting, and even better than I imagine. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and somehow always makes it even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience getting a pedicure here. The women that did my nails man handled my feet, rushed, and did not bring the nail polish down the my cuticle. I got gel polish and the very next day they were gooey and peeling off my nails. I went to get them fixed and they only fixed the ones that had been falling off and did not redo the whole service. Will never go back.

Fungi boycot this is horrible place they don’t clean there instruments it’s funny one week later after seeing them tell me to come into the store to discuss or call them. They deny everything and then one of their patrons of the store humiliated me and called the cops on me getting involved somewhere where she should not have been involved my nails are destroyed. I’m now on medication that I have to worry about my liver. I’d be very careful Going to this place. I now have their license number and contacting the health department. Read other reviews below people have received mold another person has mold and fungus. This was the worst appointment I have ever had. My appointment was canceled twice without explanation and when I rebooked for the next day, I still had to wait over an hour before I was seen. My hands were left bleeding because she filed through my skin. The shape of my nails are very uneven, and the painting is inconsistent and there are little hairs in the nail polish. No care was put into my nails, the topcoat was painted onto my skin on multiple fingers. Lastly, my pedicure is also rushed, the nail polish is not spread out properly. In total, I paid $130 for terrible service. This was my third time going here and will be my last.
