One Press Place Building

Last year, I entered Lot #1PP with the purest of intentions: to park my car. I had a meeting in the One Press Place building. I believed I would later return to the same vehicle I arrived in. The lot greeted me with polite indifference. The signs were present but unhelpful. The arrows suggested direction but not commitment. The pavement lines were faded in a way that implied they had once meant something important to someone who no longer worked here. I pressed forward. I chose a space and shut off the engine. When I stepped out of the car, I realized something was off, I ignored the feeling. I went to my meeting. When I returned from my meeting, time had thickened. The shadows were longer. It's a job site that is being expanded. For more office space. I came to pick up metal from the demolition that is being done.

Used to be an actual news building (and partially still is?), but now hosts several tech offices.
