One Plus Beauty Supply

I visited this beauty supply interested in the wigs that they offered. Well there was this one curly Afro one and I asked could I try it on and the guy working there said no, no try on. I was astonished because usually you can try on wigs at beauty supplies. They just ask you to purchase a one dollar stocking cap. How else are you supposed to know if you like it or not? I explained this to him, and he offered me a 20% discount but I refused because I told him it was not about the money but to know if I truly like how something looked on me, I would pay full price for any of the wigs as long as I got to try the wig on first he still said no. Do not waste your time coming here there are many better options in the area.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!! They won't exchange or give u a refund with your receipt . The lace glues don't really melt l'm shaking. I'm ready to go. Don't spend your money. I used to be a loyal customer. They finna go out of business. He told me he wouldn’t give me back my money because he said he will be losing money. He told me they’re losing money and wouldn’t help me. Don’t go over there. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HORRIBLE SERVICE. DISRESPECTFUL. HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE . He kept telling me won’t help because they’re losing money. Terrible and they’re all rude. Don’t spend your money here again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far the best beauty supply I've been in in this area. They were very pleasant and the cashier guy or he may have been the owner was extremely nice and customer service oriented. What a pleasure! The place was airy with bright lighting. Thank you for the great customer service. I'm definitely be back

Imagine spending your money at a black owned business and the only black lady working has the worst attitude ever at the customer asking for the price of a product.. We have to do better black women, and treat each other with respect! I Left disgusted after spending $280. The only one that saved it was the Latino lady behind the counter with decent energy ringing me out. SMH
