Billy is AMAZING! I fried my hair too death. I had bleached it so many times to put wild colors in my hair. It was a disaster. Billy rehabbed my hair, and now, 2 years later, it is still gorgeous because this man can cut hair like he's in a competition and he's winning. His eye for color is phenomenal. And, after i had a baby and my hair began falling out on top of the breakage from the old bleach damage, he cut my hair into a beautiful cut even though I didn't want to cut as short as I had to. I recommend him to anyone who needs a cut like you've only dreamed of being able to have. My favorite part about him is he's honest about what you can and can't do. He won't let you do anything you shouldn't. He really has an ability to find you the best hair for you. Thanks Billy!

I have been looking for a talented hair dresser since I left Charlotte over 10 years ago. Time after time I tried various salons in all the surrounding areas, and no one it seems could give a quality, "big city" haircut. Until I met Billy. I have long, thick hair that necessitates a good layered cut, and this seems to be like asking for the moon with most hairdressers. Billy gets it. He takes his time to "fix" the bad cut, explaining that this will be a joint process of working with the customer to finally arrive at that one look that will be perfect for her/him. Actually, the first cut was so near perfect I was astounded. A true artist. You can't find better.

I have been going to Billy for many years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always trust him with my hair because he is meticulous with each cut and talented with every style.

Donna was nice and has done great work on other clients. However on my hair it was not great! When I called she blamed it on me and my miscommunication and said she will personally cut me a check out of her pocket to refund me for the color that I had fixed at another salon after 2 days of trying to get ahold of Donna. Today I get a call saying that they will not give a refund till they see what was done to my hair... fair enough! But make up your mind... so yes I will go in so that I can get a refund, however I do not see that happening anyhow. The owner stated that he understands I worked at a holiday hair salon but that doesn’t mean anything to him, he has ran a shop for 45 years. I have no idea why where I worked previously even came up to him, which that’s not where I previously worke
