I made an appointment with Cathy because my hair was really damaged and I wanted my curls back. I asked her to do a “big chop” and highlights. I didn't know what to expect, but I trusted her and she nailed it! 👏🏻 I left happy and with my curls back. No walk, RUN! She's a kind and sweet person, and from the moment you sit down, she examines your hair and explains everything you need to know about it.

I got my nails done on Friday at 3. My pinkie nail started lifting on Saturday morning, my thumb started chipping and my other pinkie completely popped off Sunday. I messaged her and asked her when she could fit me in. Our schedules did not align and although that was an inconvenience, which I voiced to her, I understood and was going to take time off work to get it fixed. She told me to book on her site, but then blocked me from booking on the site and stopped replying to my messages. She did not take accountability for the messed up nails and especially did refuse to fix her mess ups. I ended up blocking her on Instagram because I’m just going to get a whole new set somewhere else. Save your money and go somewhere that’s more professional and just better overall. She was so kind and sweet and truly cares about a girls nail health, she did my toes and nails and it all came out to a pretty fair price for what she was working with. Recommended anyone who hasn't ever gotten their nails done here if youre scared. 10/10
