Omni Spa at Omni Los Angeles at California Plaza

For the price you are paying for this hotel I found it highly disturbing to find a bed in this manner. Seeing as it was a surprise graduation gift to a friend I was highly embarrassed when my friend accidentally pulled her sheet off and this is what she found. Either the sheets never get changed here or house keeping just doesn’t care about quality or cleanliness.

Booked a couple’s massage for my boyfriend’s birthday a week in advance. They sent me an email and text the day of to confirm the time, which I did. They said to show up 5-10 min early and we got there 15 min early and no one showed up. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. Would never book a massage with them again.

This is the absolute worst place ever for a message! My worst experience and the hotel till this day has not taken any responsibility for the extremely horrible service!!! Not to mention the service cost $400+. Omni hotel says its a 3rd party that provided the service they only let them use their facilities. But Omni does not have this disclaimer in the brochure. Top it all off the front desk manager Jonathan keeps giving me the run around in stead of trying to it make right. Yes, OMNI PLAZA HOTEL, I really expected more from you. At least stand behind your brand.

Had the facial and scalp massage service with Arlin. She was great scheduling around my availability. Reception/treatment areas were clean and well kept. Facial and massage were wonderful!
