I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I got my nails done a few days ago, and starting the very next day, they began falling off one by one. In total, five nails came off, which has never happened to me before. One or two might be understandable, but this many is unacceptable. I had to urgently buy super glue just to get through the day. I called ahead and made an appointment specifically asking not to be serviced by the same person who did my nails originally. I was told that would be fine. However, when I arrived today, the same man came out to do my nails, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable for me. This nail salon is absolutely amazing from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the sweetest front desk staff who make you feel welcome and taken care of right away. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing vibe — you can tell they really care about the experience, not just the service. Dalia is truly incredible. She’s talented, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. My nails came out flawless, and the whole appointment felt like a luxury self-care moment rather than just a quick stop at a salon. They also offer great refreshments, which is such a nice touch and really elevates the experience. It’s those little details that make a difference. O

This place needs a health inspector STAT!!!!!!!!! I came and made an appointment today and the whole thing was a disgusting embarrassing nightmare. I was sat with this man who very clearly had infections/fungus on his own hand nails and I politely requested he wear a second glove on the hand with his fungus and he got mad and refused. I explained I'm pregnant and susceptible and honestly should never have to over explain basic hygienic standards required in all nail salons which is to wear a freaking glove. He made a show with other nail techs in his native language and everyone was staring at me like I was a problem and chose to leave since I felt so uncomfortable. I've never felt so disgusted and unnecessarily embarrassed in my life and no one should ever be made to feel this way getting

Needed a quick fill and fix while in the land of money. I decided to check this nail salon out. You have to pay for parking ... the service was quick and easy to explain what I needed. The atmosphere was fast paced. For a fix/fill/design I paid $99.00 .. I wasn't surprised! S/o Jenny for hooking me up. One of my nails broke before I left Miami.
