OMG Nailspa

I probably had to say something about my nails 7 different times and they still didn’t come out how I wanted... woman tore up my cuticles and the lengths are uneven and the shape is very flawed. Also so much access glue and acrylic underneath, even after I had to ask her to clean it. $52 and I was not happy. I just wanted to leave at this point. She was nice, but the job was not well done

The guy who did my nails cut my multiple times & got upset when I told him to fix my nails! I am not happy with my set this time. I usually go every 3 weeks if I go back definitely will be with someone different.

Rarely do I get my nails done, I would say maybe once or twice a year. I had a cancellation from my individual pedicure specialist that I found online. At OMG I was seen by “David“ gave him the benefit of the doubt. I noticed he grabbed a brush from a box labeled “dirty tools“ and used it to brush off the remnant Powder from my nails multiple times. The last and final straw was when he used the cuticle nipper from a dirty looking cart behind him. I noticed it had a variety of leftover skin from who knows who, he did not clean it off. I was disgusted. I think I was just in shock to say anything, never again while I frequent this establishment. Also, the smell was so strong from the chemicals that I could taste it. Kim at desk 1 is my favorite for gel manicures. She takes her time, cleans nails thoroughly before and after painting. Her manicures last me on average 4 weeks even with regular dishwashing and house cleaning. I always leave happy with her work.

Did ombre and I love my results. Bao is great at what he does.
