I had an amazing facial with Heather at Ombu! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and customized everything to exactly what my skin needed. The treatment was incredibly relaxing! I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend booking with Heather!

Ana gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! I realized about 2 weeks before my wedding that I was in desperate need of a cut. My curls had turned into a giant, shapeless, all-consuming mane, and I couldn’t wait until after my wedding to get a trim. I am extremely particular about who I let cut my hair, but had heard good things about Ombu, so I decided to risk it. I am so glad I did! Ana was able to make my hair look better than it’s ever looked! She educated me on the best way to apply products without overdoing it, and gave me a cut that is stylish, fresh, and easy to maintain. I cannot recommend her enough! Additionally, the staff at Ombu is lovely. They’re helpful, friendly, and seem to genuinely enjoy being part of the team. My experience here has been very hit and miss which is why I originally stopped seeing them years ago. The front desk is a mixed bag where they're seemingly doing their best to give you good customer service but will schedule you accidentally on the wrong day in person because they're multitasking and you later have to reschedule yourself online for the correct day that you told them in person. I also have been canceled on on a Saturday morning where I could have slept in and then when canceled on they acted like it was no big deal that I had already paid $100 for my facial subscription and that I wanted to still get scheduled that month on a Saturday so it worked with my work schedule. The older woman also just has weird social behavior and comes off as very awkward and unprofessional. Wh

I’m always the worst at going to salons and never seem to find a comfortable spot. This place changed everything and I found my new spot. From the first phone call and interaction Hannah up front was so sweet and welcoming and made it easy to figure out what I needed. I had the pleasure of working with Bree as my stylist who was attentive, skilled, listened to exactly what I wanted and had a great personality to match. Good street parking and chill environment, you can tell everyone there is very laid back and get along well. I look forward to going back! ♥️
