Customer Reviews
This was my first time visiting this nail shop, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! I called ahead and they were able to take me right away super convenient. The shop is located in the shopping center off La Cienega and Whitworth, with plenty of easy parking in the lot. The pedicure was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I forgot to get the name of the guy who did it, but he was absolutely awesome hilarious, super friendly, and very gentle. He took care of all my ingrowns, scrubbed my feet so well, and the leg massage was amazing. Kelly did my nails, and she is incredible! The design I wanted came out perfect, exactly to a T. She even added a little tweak that made it look even better than the inspiration. I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Another bonus: if it’s your first time,
I hate leaving a bad review for nice people but I also hate paying for mediocre services, so I must let the people know… left with jagged toe nails and gel x nails that were the wrong size for my fingers. Also the prices listed on website are incorrect and not honored.
The service is okay here. One of the main girls working here, who is usually in charge, could have better and more pleasant customer interaction, not sure if it is a cultural/language thing, but there is definitely room for improvement in the area of customer care and interaction; it could definitely be better. Aside from that, my gel manicure started chipping when it was barely 1 week into receiving the treatment. I paid a lot of money, so it was really disappointing to see that happen. It had not happened with other nail places in the past, but it did with this place (and they charge more). For this reason, I am unsure about returning here. But I might give them another chance because overall they really do try to be of decent service and their work is usually very clean but this time i
They closed at 6 even tho the sign says 7:30 and they say to call a number in the door but it sounds as phone off
I have been seeing Brittany for about 18 months now and I got lots of compliments on my nails and am very satisfied with the service. I moved to LA a couple years ago and got a number of bad sets before I found Brittany. She convinced me to switch from acrylic to gel-x and its been amazing! They last a month +. Highly recommend.
