Customer Reviews
I decided to randomly try this place last Saturday and it was such a great experience!! The place was busy when I walked in, but I did not have to wait. The nail technicians are very friendly and know what they're doing. The place itself may be small, but it was clean and welcoming. What really impressed me is that even though the place was busy, my nail technician Blanca did not rush through my manicure. She took the time to properly remove my previous gels and made sure every nail met her standards before moving on to the other. She also recommended the peach color and I've already gotten many compliments on my manicure. I only wish this place was closer to my house, because I will definitely be back!
I took my daughter there to get gel extensions. I asked how much and it was told $46 and little extra for extensions. So I thought it’s just little extra money. So my daughter did gel extensions. She wants to put four fingers little stars on it and lady said $15 extra. I said it’s fine. All done and they charged me $120 for all and I think it’s bit too much. And stars are not that great, little lopsided.. I gave lady $17 tips for cash. I am just not happy about it.
I have never posted about any place I’ve used, but I am so frustrated with my experience that I don’t want others to experience it. I came in asking for a manicure and pedicure and they told me to pick my colors, wait in the pedicure chair and that it would be a few minutes, no big deal. After 25 minutes, I finally spoke up and asked how much longer and that I can just go to another place. The owner looked at my shocked and said you’re getting a pedicure, I thought you were just waiting for someone else. Seriously, how does that make any sense? So, finally someone starting my pedicure and eventually manicure. When asked to pay I offered a card, but they said there machine was broken and they would take down my card number, which felt fishy to me. They then told me I could go next door to t
So the ladies are really nice. But it was maybe one of the quickest and least detailed manicures I’ve ever had. I left feeling like I had stuff under my nails, with little bits of polish on my cuticles and fingertips (see photo), and generally pretty dissatisfied. I’ve been trying all the nail salons in the area and this is my lowest ranked so far.
Powder chipped immediately and they refused to provide a refund for the $63 + tax. This salon was a huge waste of money and time.
