I was hesitant to leave a review, but my experience at this salon was truly disappointing. It was my first visit, and I had an appointment specifically for a root touch-up, haircut, and blowout since I had an anniversary dinner that evening. From the start, the stylist was unfriendly and responded with attitude whenever I asked questions or shared my preferences. When I mentioned wanting a haircut, she tried upselling me a frizz treatment. I agreed, but she then told me she didn’t have time to do it that day and insisted I make another appointment. I was fine with that—until she refused to cut my hair at all, saying she’d only do it when I came back for the treatment. The haircut was a key part of the appointment, so this was frustrating. Amazing service at Oli Beauty Salon.Everything was super clean and well organized, which made me feel very comfortable. Oli was so kind, professional, as well as her co worker Sanet which was attentive the whole time. You can tell they care about their work and clients. I hesitated to leave this review, but I've given it some time and feel like it’s important to share. I came in a 4-5 months ago for a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment (alisado), and during the appointment the stylist made a comment to her coworker about why consultations are needed, which left me a bit unsure about the process. After the treatment, my hair started to break off and began shedding much more than normal and still continues to fall out in chunks, especially in the shower - something I’ve never experienced before. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can make the best choice for their hair. The treatment might work fine for some people, but my experience wasn’t positive. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t even use conditioner because it makes the breakage worse.
