Didn’t really do what I asked for. I asked for a standard fade and he cut it way too short with the thinning scissors meaning the back and sides were so much shorter than I wanted. I showed photos and it was so different to what I showed, way too short, I wouldn’t recommend if you want a standard fade as I’m not sure they know how to do it properly. It ended up being a short back and sides with no proper blending.

I found this barber shop a couple years ago and had the honor of working with Fred for my first haircut at this establishment. Fred is an amazing individual that truly understands his craft and I can only speak highly of his work. The shop is welcoming, pleasant, and every barber works with their client to find the best style for them. While I've never had my hair done by Eric, he is a cordial and polite individual that helps establish the relaxing nature of the shop. As long as I am in NYC, I will continue coming here. Pricing is fair for midtown Manhattan and you are truly working with expert barbers.

Great experience coming here ever since a friend from college recommended. I’ve tried to find other barbers that closely resemble (since I moved to UES) but gladly go out of my way to come here.
