Oksana Salon

I had a very disappointing experience at Oksana Salon in West Hartford. I requested a subtle light brown balayage and specifically said I did not want blonde tones. Bleach was left on my hair for over three hours, resulting in severe chemical damage. My hair is now extremely dry, brittle, and overprocessed and nowhere close to what I requested color-wise. I paid about $600 (including tip) because I did not realize the extent of the damage when I walked out. Once I understood how serious it was, I reached out. After an initial apology, the owner stopped responding and offered no resolution. I am now seeking corrective treatment elsewhere. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Bad quality color highlights service and overcharged. When trying to explain what did not go well and was not aware foil charge they did not hear me out. I decided to pay & leave. The picture here is example red highlights she did that was not lightened enough to complement the rest of my hair. For 4 foild glaze I was asked pay $160z that was unfair and not equitable to service quality! Its not good business to charge someone more and not do good work on their hair but state you did everything right.

Faith is THE BEST. She took her time, educated me on the process and left me feeling back to normal self. My hair feels and looks amazing!

I decided to stop in and get a feel for the place as I was looking for someone to cut my hair. As soon as I walked in the environment was fabulous. The layout of the salon was perfect. I was so impressed with the staff. It's so good to have someone answer your questions, ask your concerns, address you professionally. I booked my haircut and was excited for it. I was very happy to meet Rachel. A down to earth professional with lots of experience. She was so easy to talk to. I always let stylists do what they want and I let her cut as much off as she wanted. I was not going for a look yet just wanted hair healthy. Rachel spent time with me, she was so considerate and sweet. I made sure my husband was going to start seeing her. This is a great location plenty of parking. The entire vibe there
