I'm all for supporting small businesses because this hair store is always empty and today I could see why, I picked up an incorrect item by mistake, it's already overpriced but because I stay within walking distance I go there for the convenience but I will not be shopping there anymore and I will make sure to let all of my friends in the area and in my complex know not to go there either.. I don't know what you're adding to your product but they are fake do not buy Nairobi wrap foam from here do not buy red one edge control from here it is fake. For you to have a no refund or no exchange policy let me know that you're not getting a lot of business, your tight handed, you would rather pocket $10 and lose a regular customer than to do an exchange. I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful shopping experiences at this store. I stopped in yesterday for less than five minutes, simply looking for a hair product I had seen on TikTok. I was carrying one small see-through Publix bag with me. While browsing at the front of the store, an employee asked if I was okay and if I needed help. I politely said I was fine, and she walked away. Moments later, she returned and, without any explanation, told me that before I could leave, she had to check my bag. I was shocked and felt singled out and disrespected. My bag was completely transparent, so there was no reason to treat me as though I was stealing. Im all about supporting our own, and small businesses but from here on out I will be going elsewhere. As a regular customer, who shops here all the time, The owner denied to exchange my item that was bought less than 5mins after realizing that I got the wrong thing. The difference was about $1, I hope that was worth losing a regular customer. Will not be returning. 0/10

I reached out to Betty looking for a specific hair color that no other store had in stock. She went above and beyond by having the hair packed and ready for me to pick up—all I had to do was pay when I arrived. She’s incredible and lightning-fast! The hair quality is the best in town. I highly recommend visiting the store—you won’t regret it!

Affordable prices and great service! Betty was able to squeeze us in for last minute box braids for my 10 year old. She absolutely loved her look and saved me a lot of time! I would recommend them
