Oh Happy Nail Spa

Had a horrible experience. I specifically told the tech I wanted to grow my nails and she ended up filing them down extremely short. The gel is bumpy. Another tech did my pedicure and she left my nails so uneven. I told her I didn’t like them because one big toe nail was super short and the other one was an ok size then she tried to file down the short nail. I had to stop her. So please be careful and make sure they understand what you are telling them. Owner also acted like it wasn’t a big deal. It was not worth $101.00

I rarely give a negative review for places like this but I had the worst experience yesterday. Went in with a full beautiful set of acrylics that were just too long. Originally I asked for an acrylic fill and she had NO idea what I was saying. So I asked to just remove the acrylic all together and simply get gel on my natural nails. Again, zero clue what I was saying. To the point she had to call someone to translate. I have no issue with language barriers but when providing a service where you need to know what I want, not understanding a single thing I am saying is just not it. She cut me so bad it bled the entire time, didn’t apologize AT ALL and even put the gel on OVER THE BLOOD! I had to ask her to wipe it off! PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. I hate to do this, but this was hands-down, the worst nail experience of my life. I went because they offered me a birthday promotion, then when I got there, they wouldn’t redeem it. The pedicure hurt like hell, and I had to end it early. The lady seemed mad at me that I wouldn’t get add-ons and literally scraped my cuticle skin onto the top of my foot. I wanted an acrylic dip set, and the guy who did my manicure pressured me into a gel X set instead, and they are honestly terrible. The under gel is so high up that all of my nails point upward in a diagonal. You can see us clearly through my nails, and they aren’t aligned at all. And all of this came up to $100. It was like the worst birthday experience ever. I basically paid $100 to get tortured and not listened to,

I went in for an acrylic French tip. The guys said something to another guy and that guy started doing my nails. Mind you I didn’t say anything when he started adding clear tips because I assumed he knew what he was doing. After the acrylic and all he asked me to choose a color and I told him oh this was supposed to be a French tip nail. And proceeded to pain on the white and my nails along with my cuticles are the worst ever. Look at the picture they are a day old.

I should’ve definitely came to the reviews before coming here. Work is very sloppy , uneven. & this is even after correcting him multiple times on certain areas. Stop playing with people money & time for y’all’s poor service. And I guess only select individuals get complimentary water. Smh
