I had a wonderful visit at this location. Santa Maria Novella truly makes one feel like stepping into old world Italy. I had the pleasure of having Gregory assist me with finding the perfect gifts for my loved ones. He was very knowledgeable with the various fragrance profiles. I highly recommend taking a visit if you are in the area.

I was walking by and noticed the shop in The Pierre. I went in for a souvenir and the two associates (W and R) were helpful, kind, courteous, and welcoming. We bought some beautiful gifts and they were packaged brilliantly. A lovely shop with great service and astounding products on offer. A+!

The shop is wonderful as is the customer service. The Pierrre location is just beautiful, I’ve been using SMN’s products for many years. I was thrilled when they came out with a perfume - Bizzarria - that I hoped would be long lasting, The scent is amazing. However, it does not carry for more than an hour or two. Really disappointing. I was able to return it for a store gift certificate, but I’d much rather have had the perfume. Again, Johnnie could not have been more helpful.

I just learned of this brand and found one inside the Pierre! The service was excellent! Kayla (I hope I got the name right) was very inviting and elegant yet very professional! Will be visiting soon!

Great store. Great products. Even better customer service. Was familiar with the brand from Europe. American tourist raid the Florence shop. Surprised that there was no rush here.
