Being that I am pretty limited inmy knowlegde and somewhat new to the lash world, Noeheli took the time to educate me and walk me through deciding details such as lash length and shape. She thoughtfully considered me and my facial features individually and advised accordingly, while also listening to my concerns and preferences.
