I recently received the auto-generated “we miss you” email from this place and it reminded me to check if I ever left a review. Turns out I didn’t, must have been blocking out the memory, so now’s the perfect time. Thanks for the reminder, Ochoa!! I had been going to Ochoa for almost 7 years when they absolutely botched my hair last year. I didn’t ask for anything major, just a touch up on my color. Customer Service was brutal and the manager didn’t call me back for 48 hours. thankfully found another salon to fix my hair in the meantime. Even after this, I sent an email with the detail on what happened and I never got offered a refund or anything. I'm not sure if I have written a review before but I wanted to detail my experience. Last year my mother was about to start her chemo journey and I brought her to get a haircut at another establishment She wanted an angled Bob the hairdresser cut a huge chunk that was to the length of her chin. I could feel my mom immediately tense up and I knew that this was far from her expectation. I myself was in shock because it was not the length agreed upon. I immediately stopped the appointment at the other establishment and drove my mom to the salon. I called on my way over and we were able to find an appointment within the hour. I took my son to get a hair cut at Ochona salon and im very disappointed at the come. I requested for an under cut and i got the opposite of what i asked for. From the picture i posted, his hair is lopsided. I never leave a negative feed back but this is unacceptable.

Jenn D. is a phenomenal massage therapist. My work is physically intensive, and Jenn has helped me a lot with both general and specific aches and pains. She takes time to listen, is strong, and actually aims to do what I request at each session. Highly recommended.
