⭐️ 1-Star Review: The Most Dangerous “Spa” Experience of My Life Avoid the Playa Largo Resort & Spa at all costs. I went in for a massage and instead walked out in an ambulance with a herniated disc. The masseuse claimed he “used to be a chiropractor in Cuba” and started twisting and manipulating my body in ways that had nothing to do with a normal massage. I genuinely thought I was being stretched — until he twisted so hard that I felt something snap. My entire vacation was destroyed. I lost thousands of dollars, every activity we planned, and now I’m living with constant pain because of their employee’s reckless actions. And the worst part? This is the nicest overall spa experience available in Key Largo. There is a steam room, a peaceful lounge area where I like to read before and after my treatments, and the massages are excellent, especially from Natalie!

Absolutely love Natalie! I had a sugar polish and sea weed wrap. Her hands are magical! I can’t say enough great things about this place. I was the only one in the spa during my appointment and was treated with absolute professionalism, consideration and kindness. I felt feeling like I was floating on a cloud in the Keys! I will definitely come back to this resort and have more spa days!

Michelle was amazing! I had a CBD massage session - first time ever - and enjoyed every minute. She was very attentive, professional and ensured my experience was positive the entire time. Will be back!

Booked a spa online not realizing getting there would be such a hassle. First get held up by the “valet gate” that didn’t valet and gave no real direction. Once you find parking good luck finding the actual spa. I read a few signs where ocean spa was grouped into with 4-5 other destinations and arrow pointing left or right. Needless to say at this point I’m late and annoyed so I found my car and I left. I’m 1000% sure that was the worst $300 I ever spent
