What a day we had at ocean spa here in Charleston! Shani treated me like a queen! She took such a good care of me and taught me a lot of things that I did not know! Learned about red light therapy and bought all I needed to get started on my healing journey! Daniel helped us also got some great cream that we could not believe how awesome we looked from one use! In a few months we know how awesome we will be looking! Much needed pampering for myself and my husband! The nicest people, stop and see them! Honest and knowledgeable! We loved them! Scam Warning!! Warning! Warning!!!Warning!!!! DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT'S NOTHING BUT A HIGH PRESSURE SALESPERSON TRYING TO SELL YOU A DEVICE THAT COST $2,000 FOR ONE AND $5,000 FOR THE OTHER. I BOOKED TWO APPOINTMENTS FOR MY FRIEND AND I SO THAT WE COULD TREAT OURSELVES FOR A LITTLE SOMETHING BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! THE GAL TOLD US ABOUT HER LITTLE DEVICES; PUT SOME MATERIAL ON OUR FACE AND PUT US UNDER A RED LIGHT AND THEN TRIED TO PRESSURE SALES US INTO BUYING THE DEVICE. My wife and I were approached outside Ocean Spa by VouPre in Charleston and pressured to come inside, even though we had no intention of visiting. Once inside, the staff became pushy and dismissive when my wife explained she doesn’t use skincare products without researching them first. Instead of respecting her response, one employee made a very rude remark about my wife to another right in front of us, assuming my wife wouldn’t understand. She did. What should have been a relaxing day in historic Charleston turned into one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant encounters we’ve had. No apology was offered, only excuses. We left feeling shocked and disrespected. I strongly caution others about this business.

Ashamed to admit that I fell for this hook, line and sinker despite being in my 40s and usually wise to this stuff. This is a product sales org masquerading as a spa - it’s the time share pitch of the beauty industry if you’ve ever been subjected to that, you know. They are very nice people and excellent salespeople that use all the best tactics, I’ll give them that. - From accepting the free sample outside the door to accepting another quick “to go” sample of eye cream to get me in the door - turned into a 1+ hour pitch I couldn’t get out of. - The eye cream and serum tightened up my puffy under eyes, sure, but pricing starts at $1,300 and magically makes its way down to $300+… with an “expired promotion” that they decide to honor because “my manager is not here” - After they have your ca
