I love this place. They do an excellent job with nail designs, they use gel powder, and give excellent massages. Go here if you want to relax and enjoy your manicure and pedicure. If you need your appointment to be quick let them know when you get there. They take their time giving you an arm and neck massage with your manicure. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. I can’t wait to go back.

As much as I would love to give them a review, I can’t after feeling really scammed. My friend and picked a pedicure and it was CLEAR what the price was. After I walked out, I realized she added an extra $5 to the tab , and as I mentioned it to my friend, the same was done to her. They were also like car salesman and pushed other packages on us that were more expensive that we didn’t want. After I mistakenly said yes, it was supposed to be a Calus treatment and she didn’t even do anything for it. It was just the regular pumice stone that’s typically included in a pedicure. Just a basic pedi ended up being 50 for me. Bummer! I use to like them. They must be hurting for money.

Paid $130 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure (+$30 Tip). The gal who did the manicure was being watched by another gal as it appeared she was training or new. The manicure was a reflection of this. The nail shape was irregular , and my cuticles were hacked. The pedicure was better. However, I now have a very swollen and sore big toe at the nail. The ‘salon’ had about two dozen printed copies of papers that read ‘Tips - Cash Only’. When I said I didn’t have cash I had to Venmo the technician for the tip. The gal also had me “Zelle the owner” to pay for the services. I would keep researching alternative salons. Do not recommend.

I’ve been coming here this year and always impressed by how clean and nice smelling they keep the salon. Staff is friendly never rush the process to get to the next customer. I’ve gone for manicures, pedicures and waxing (upper lip/eyebrows), service is always great and prices are fair for the area. They give you a range of options to pick from, I got the steam pedicure when I was 34 weeks pregnant and it was such a nice pampering experience, well worth the upgrade.

The best pedicure and manicure I have ever had! The team is uniformly trained to provide skilled, sanitary, and relaxing spa experiences no matter who you see when you visit. I appreciate their care of my damaged nails, and I especially appreciate the time and care they take with doing my mother's diabetic feet. I also get waxed and after a lifetime of waxing, I can say that the waxing at Ocean Paradise is quick and painless and clean, no strays left! Thank you Lena and Team! :-)
