Clean, friendly place. Got a hard gel manicure for $45 before tip. I’m not overly picky but this was definitely not great… I left with unevenly shaped nails, polish that didn’t go all the way to the cuticle and was the dreaded 1/4 inch thick “club hands” shape and thickness at the ends.

Loving my mani pedi from here… serious foot scrub. Not for the weak. Smooth skin, beautiful nails. They were very patient while I picked color. And let me stay late so my nails could dry. Provided flip flops. Expect it to last awhile and will return to get next ones!

Ive only been there a couple of times. Today was my second time. In the past I have had males work on my nails. Every time, except for one rare occasion, it turned out being a total failure and disaster. Today I went in and met Danny. I didn't want to hurt his feelings but based on the past times not working out I tried to ask for someone else. There was another customer who assured me that he was the best. I thank that wonderful woman. Danny was not only gentle with my hands, but he was also patient. He restored my faith of allowing a male to work on my nails. I love this little salon. I am a definite returning customer and I highly recommend it..

Just walked out. I've been here many times and the job they do is fine. My major complaint is that I called and asked for two pedis and they assured me there were 2 open chairs, get there in 5 minutes and they are seating a person in one after telling me they were reserved. They seated my daughter and then started rushing the person next to her to try to get a chair for me after I waited another 10 minutes. So often I am told "5 minutes" at a nail salon when I arrive and it's 30-40 minutes. Please be honest about availability, use good business manors, don't rush a paying patron when you are trying to cover your poor time management, and don't waste my time.

I took my daughters to Jbella during a mini-cation. I was very impressed with the COVID precautions that were taken. The staff were friendly and did a great job with our nails. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
