I have no idea how this place has such good reviews, but I had one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. The good: * I was able to get in last minute. *The leg exfoliating was fantastic and relaxing. *The chairs were comfortable. *Other customers in there seemed quite happy with their experience. The bad: *They heavily misled me on pricing. They made changes without stating it would change the cost. They told me they didn't have time for gel then replaced the color I chose with gel somehow. It was extremely confusing and stressful. *The foot bath was gurgling and not working which kind of ruined a potentially relaxing soak. It was funny at first but frustrating when it was just switched off rather than fixed. *They relentlessly trimmed my cuticles to the point I had 3 wounds. 2 on

They are incredibly kind. I love how private it feels since there's only two spa chairs. I love getting my deluxe pedicure- the chairs are massage and has a foot spa. You also get a little foot and leg massage. Also, always happy with my nails after.

We are from California and found this nice nail salon. Walk in. Very clean, excellent service and great personality from Lisa. When in town, will use this business again.

Clean bright place, comfortable massage chairs. First time getting a pedicure was fantastic, however this last was a nightmare. I was cut and file burned so many times on both feet. I nearly walked out mid service.

Heard people say this is a great place, but I just turned around in parking lot. See people's nails looked great.
