As a former athlete, I’m very familiar with traditional massage. That’s absolutely not what Bowen Therapy is about. Linda works her magic with fascia massage, promoting pain relief and relaxation. The first time I saw Linda, I’d had a migraine for 2 weeks. After my session, the migraine was gone and I slept like a baby. Linda has since relieved my back pain as well as my shoulder & neck pain. Linda is wonderful. I went in for hip pain mostly and 2 days after my first session with her the pain had subsided. On the third day I could sit Indian style, (briefly, I am 64).
