I just stopped by for my first time. The place was easy to find and there was ample parking. The shop was clean and beautifully decorated and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. A young woman by the name of Anna was sweet and careful and I could tell that she was trying to do a meticulous job of my pedicure. I was very pleased with Ocean Nails and Spa!

One of the best manicures I've ever gotten! I live in Newport and this place is worth the drive over the bridge. $20 less than anywhere on the island for UV gel fill and such great attention to detail. I'm so happy to finally find such an amazing nail salon after what feels like years of trying new salons.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten, I almost never leave reviews. Called to make an appointment for 11 and they booked it and say it would be $5 extra for gel. Got there and it was $20 extra to remove and put on gel. Sat in burning hot water for 30 min, had 3 different people touching my feet. Our toe nails are short and round. The 10 min massage was just wiping lotion on my legs, then put back in dirty water. Hot stones were listed but not used and the manager said it was because it’s an old menu, then offered $5 off. I left with wet soggy feet, please don’t waste your time would not recommend! Not relaxing at all, and it was $71!!!

Excellent service! Anna, professional technician, attention to detail spot on, received basic manicure/callus pedicure. Relaxed, calm environment, perfect balance.

I almost walked out of this place many times. They look fine but feel cheap. I have all this stuff at home and paid 75$ they burned me with drill and got the glue on the bottoms of my fingers and for the price I thought I was getting hard thick gel and there was only 2 people working and they made us wait a hour while we had and appointment. They also told me the Gift Card we had was invalid we came at 11:20 and leaving at 1:30 we saw many people walk out angry because of this late service. Please find a better place to get your nails done
