I’ve never had a gel manicure that’s was 19 min long. The lady giving it was in such a hurry she never sat down. She literally stood and rushed the entire time. I’ve had hundreds of manicures over the last 30 years and this was the worst I’ve had. You don’t put polish gel on and “then” sand and shape the nails after. You also don’t cut and remove the cuticles after you put the gel. I’m convinced the woman who did my nails wasn’t trained and doesn’t do nails regularly. My 14 year old daughter was also left in a pedicure chairs for over 30 min with her feet in cold water while they sat and worked on two ladies who came in after us who also said they called before coming. I called at 9:10 and said I had a time restraint and had to be seen at 10 when they opened. The lady said no problem and

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years without a problem and have always been treated well. Today, that changed. When I walked in I said I wanted a gel pedicure for myself and gel manicure for my 10 year old daughter. I showed them a picture of what she wanted and the man in front asked Emma if she could do that and she said yes. Someone else did my daughter’s French tip and then Emma was called over to do the cow print design. We told them several times she wanted 2 nails on each hand with brown cow print and Emma came over very quickly put on black specks and walked away. I could tell my daughter hated it and could have done it better herself so I asked them to fix it because that’s not what we asked for. The epitome of a nail chop shop. I showed them a design when I came in and asked if it was doable and they told me yes. The guy who did my nails was really nice ! But the nails just didn't come out good. They look like they're in need of a fill already and the sides of them aren't completely painted. When it came to the design, he really tried but after a bunch of attempts, he said he couldn't do it. He didn't offer to paint them another color or anything, just immediately gave me a top coat. The pricing wasn't bad, though. So if you're looking for a solid color nail and aren't too picky about shape, this could be be your place.

76$ + tip down the drain! 2 mani/pedis ladies argued about having to do my nails after my pedi. She told the receptionist "I have a baby at home". Well guess what? My sister & I also have babies at home and we NEVER get to go out and do this so the least they could have done was put in some effort and do a decent job. My toes are okay, but my sister's are horrendous, and both our nails are awful. Such a disappointing waste of money. And we came because of the good reviews! Would not reccomend and will never go back.

I have been going here for years. It saddens me to have to write this. I wore my new Tory Burch sandals in (only worn twice). They were spotless during my arrival. After my pedicure they went to put them back on my feet and I immediately noticed stains. This must have happened by some of the pedicure products splashing on them. They tried in house to fix them by washing them, drying them, applying baby powder, etc. but once it became apparent the stains were not coming out I was basically told too bad and that they would not replace them. They called a manager who refused to fix the problem. No one should worry at a business that if a mistake like this happens they would not rectify it. I’ve included pics below.
