Extremely unprofessional experience. I bought a toner and a spray serum from here. I asked for the first spray serum, and she pointed to a bottle without a box, but I picked up the one with the box because I wanted the boxed version. She blamed me for it, saying it was the “new version,” but she never explained at checkout that there was a difference. I wanted the old version, not the new one. When I asked to return it, she said it was the same product, just a new version, but I clearly wanted the old version. For the toner, my mom said “for my daughter,” and she gave me an anti-aging product instead. No bill, no explanation, and she refused a proper return. If you don’t check carefully, you could end up with the wrong product. I would not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, responding with irritation even to basic questions. Customer service was clearly not a priority. For example, they sell áo bà ba for $20, but customers are not allowed to open the package or try it on. I accidentally opened the bag just to see the size and fit, and a female staff member immediately yelled at me, saying, “You are not allowed to open it. You must fold it and put it back in the bag.” Her tone was harsh and unnecessary. Overall, the service and professionalism were poor. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Visited recently and couldn’t be happier! The owner was attentive and gave me honest advice that really made sense. Picked up a few items to try and they’ve worked better than expected. It’s nice to find a spot that feels both professional and genuine.

This shop is a mess. The staffs are mean, rude, and completely unprofessional. They don’t want to help with anything and act irritated if you ask even the simplest question. On top of that, they push cash with no tax, but if you use a credit card they suddenly add a tax fee. The whole thing feels shady and untrustworthy. Terrible attitude, terrible service, and sketchy business practices. Save yourself the frustration—this place is absolutely not recommended.

I usually don't write a bad review ever! But I bought almost $300 skincare products from this place after I watch the Reels advertisements and decided to give it a try! Since I used the products and ordered directly from Korea so I knew the product well. After received my ordered, I open and one skincare that shipped to my wasn't corrected. So I chat and asked if I can exchange for the one I ordered but the owner refused and saying she can sale more if I buy but not exchanged! I told her I order the "Serum" not the "Treatment Essence"! And she replied" You didn't check items that I ship" before shipping out ! How do I check if she only send a picture of all closed boxes!
