Kelly was really nice, very professional and outstanding at her profession. It was neat that she explained her background and took time to talk to me. She explained her products and what goes into the shaping process. It was so sweet that she hugged her long time customers before me and after me. You could tell there’s just a lot of love around her business. And I highly admire her for starting her own business!! She took time to hear about my life too. I always thought my eyebrows were different shapes but through the shaping process, my eyebrows look symmetrical!! I’m so happy!
