Health House

Health House is an absolute must-visit! We had a fantastic time here for a girls’ day out, and we’re already planning our next visit to unwind. We tried the sauna and cold plunge, and it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was calming and relaxing, and the water was refreshing. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to relax and rejuvenate. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Health House! Thank you for providing such a remarkable experience.

I might be slightly obsessed, but the Health House has been a gift from the universe. Not only have I been able to try all types of self-care, like the red light sauna, exercise with oxygen therapy, yoga, various types of massage, lucid dream light, etc., but I have also been able to take part in cacao ceremonies, vision board creation, and women's wellness. There is such a good, warm and welcoming energy between Liam and his staff and the beautiful old building it's in. Something magical happens when I visit and I'm usually floating out. It's been so helpful to my stressed nervous system. I would highly recommend trying anything and everything they have to offer. Your body and mind will thank you! Scheduled a massage with Vlad and it was my first time going to Health House. The front desk staff were so nice and friendly! Vlad asked the right questions up front and explained things well. He gave an exceptional massage and I felt relaxed for the first time in awhile. The establishment was really unique being in an old house! Will be booking again for sure!

I shared my first experience at the Health House with a friend who was visiting from out of town. The staff was so accommodating in helping to select and book our services. Upon entering the Health House, we were greeted by DonnaLynn who made us feel comfortable and gave us a tour of the facility. She also took the time to explain in detail information about all of the services that we chose and answered all of our questions. Each room was very clean and the decor was warm and inviting. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Superearthing with red light therapy as well as the Biocharger and Dreamlight Experience. After our sessions, we both felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I went to The Health House last Sunday to try some of the things they have to offer. I tried the 20 reflexology with Yaron, which was fantastic! I have since booked with him for future appointments. I also did a neck and should massage with Vlad. Another great experience. He offered advice for things I could do at home to help with muscle soreness. The OxyGym was very energizing. I also tried the BioCharger and the PEMF. Liam took the time to describe each thing and talked about the health benefits. What a wonderful, relaxing day in Milford!
