Oasis Nail & Spa

I came in wanting my nail soaked with a ombré over lay. I grew my nails out long I prefer long coffined shaped nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted to the tech. She agreed to do what I asked for but instead she cut off all my nails to the nubs after I sat and soaked them. The tech was ruff with me after I told her I didn’t like my nails. I literally cried and no one cared!!! The. Staff just stared at me I didn’t cause a scene! I proceeded to pay for the service! I will NEVER EVER COME BACK!

The staff is great! It would be nice if the staff practiced speaking English that would make some of the customers a bit more comfortable. The staff knows their products and services. The manicure and pedicure are wonderful and have various levels of costs to match the services.

PLEASE PLEASE don’t come here. HORRIBLE. My lady didn’t speak any English, charged me to take off my shellac which I didn’t know places charged for that and service was superrrrr rushed. I got deluxe pedicure and didn’t get yogurt mask, towels were almost cold I just don’t understand how they’re still open. When it came time to pay the lady seemed like she didn’t know what was going on and took my card from me and when I was going to take my card out she kept pushing my hand and I told her to stop putting her hands on me and she continued to push my hand. I know she doesn’t speak English but anyone can read body language and tone. Two nails are already chipped and it hasn’t even been 15 minutes I am in literal tears right now, these were my birthday nails.

It's a clean, friendly environment. Service was incomplete, probably due to language barrier. As a beauty professional, I KNOW what a manicure buffed shiny entails, she simply didn't finish the job

Great for manicure and pedicures. Everyone in Oasis is great at pedicures manicures. Oasis does great designs on the nails. I'm not into designing on my nails.
