I always shop here, ALWAYS, but recently I had bought the wrong pair of lashes and went back to try to exchange. The guy raised his voice at me telling me I can't do that bc I went around and grabbed a few items and came to the registered and told them, didn't even let me pull out the lashes from my bag, and catching an attitude for no reason. I was literally there yesterday with the same attire??? Like YOU was the one who ringed me out yesterday? I'm confuse then to top it off yesterday 2 girls came in and return something, and guess what? They went around and picked up the item they wanted to exchange no receipt and they accepted it with no hesitation. Whatever I bought it but I won't be returning. There's other beauty supplies that's way bigger and don't even over price there stuff. Som

Great selection! I found items here for hair braiding that I didn't find at some larger beauty supply stores on the Southside. Good use of vertical space : ) Staff person was very friendly and helpful. Will be going back!
