5 stars for service and atmosphere. First time here it was my birthday. My son treated me and he went as well. We really enjoyed the facials. It was clean and relaxing. Just a little pushy when it was time to pay about getting a package. When someone says they can commit to something that’s it. I did too them 20$ each which I’m sure they were not expecting. Otherwise highly recommend. Will return.

Recommend by my sister and tried one session. Omg they work magic! I felt so relaxed and my skin looked so soft and with a glow. My beautician is Joey. Her technique is amazing. She included a nice and relaxing massage to my face , neck and shoulders. I felt refreshed after. Ended up with getting a whole package of 5 sessions with discounts. I’ll definitely continue and will highly recommended to others.

Just visited O2 and am thrilled to have found my new Spa. The place was bright and spotless. I did an hour facial and an hour massage with Chloe and she was the best. She got out every knot and I am not a small girl. Also, I wear hearing aids and explained I needed her to give me directions to turn etc. loudly once I took them out. During treatment she leaned in and spoke close my ear. What a wonderful experience! I purchased a package for the same services as I left. The sales pitch was not at all pushy but rather a very good deal. Plenty of parking. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Clean and professional med-spa. Amazing facial here by Soe. She was used a lot of high-end products that left my skin feeling buttery soft. My skin feels brand new. She got out all my blackheads and rehydrated my skin. She also rubbed my upper back and neck during the facial which felt so good and relaxing!

I have been going to this place for the past 2 years, and I always come out of it rejuvenated, refreshed and satisfied. I go there for massages and facials, their services are exceptional every time I am there. The facial that Joyce did last time was extraordinary, her fingers worked their magic not only on my face, but also on my neck and shoulders. She is a very skillful individual who knows her way around sore and tense muscles, giving relief and leaving you satisfied. In addition, the place is clean, newly renovated and well kept. It is easy to make an appointment, as they are accommodating and flexible. Thank you so much, will be coming for more!
