When asked a simple question regarding the product advertised vs. Product bought, NYX didn't think my concern was worth responding to. I wanted to know if the lip serum was the same product as the hydrating lip stain advertised on the box but labeled differently on the product itself.

I purchased an eyeliner at Target and it was completely dry. I went back to exchange it, the second I one was also dry. After contacting NYX corporate, they asked for a bunch of information. Instead of providing proper resolution, the offered 10% off of any online order. To give some perspective, the product online is $9 and to ship it out, it would be $8. The 10% off they gave as a “gesture of goodwill” was .90¢ off of the total. Let that sink in. Do better NYX, I will never buy your products again.

I have had an awful experience with the fulfillment department and customer service. My first order arrived with only 1 of the 3 items that I ordered and I never received any notifications that they were unable to fill my entire order. I had only added the 1 item that I did receive to my order so I could get free shipping. When I asked about returning it since the other 2 items were canceled from my order, I was told that they do not give prepaid shipping labels to return items, I would need to pay for it myself if I decided to return it. How do you show an item available on your website and then not have it earmarked for that order and just allow it to sell out before you get around to filling the orders that you have already accepted? I attempted to order them one more time and just ord

The manager at the miracle mile mall location was absolutely horrible. The sample lipsticks are located about 2 ft from the floor and stained my new white dress as i walked passed. No apologies and no help cleaning it. Her customer service skills are lacking. All she said was "that's just the way the store is designed". I purchased elsewhere!

It's private, but I love Alex and Nadine who run it. Great prices and suggestions.
