NYU LaGuardia Student Technology Center and Computer Lab

We came here to print two 24*16inch posters for $13 each. However the printed posters were completely unusable. Both posters had lines on them, one of them had large stripes which was far from “lines”. However, the guy who checked us out refused to refund us, saying that it was just the nature of the printers, and stated that since the price is cheaper here, the quality is going to be bad. This reasoning makes no sense, the staff didn't inform us in advance that there was a printing issue with the printer, secondly the display posters hanging on the wall weren't obvious to show those issue, and the staff should clearly pointed it out before printing rather than forcing us to pay for the faulty posters after printed.

Hidden gem for NYU students. Great place to chill, study, and play video games.
