NYC Nails

Let me start by saying most of the employees are good, but I have bad experiences almost every other time I go there usually I just complain to my family but one time my hands were hurting for three days after from the way that the lady was filing at them. This is after me repeatedly telling her that she was hurting me and today was absolutely terrible. I gave a picture of what I wanted (minus the color. I didn’t change the color) as she was doing my nails she complained about the length she felt they were to short, she was pulling and yanking on my hands post a phone call she received. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time, the flipping, and pulling on my hands was definitely unnecessary maybe if I wasn’t engaging or pulling them back but she was doing this all the while I was l

I went as a walk in, the wait was a bit lengthy but the service was worth the wait. The staff was friendly, prices better than a lot of salons I’ve visited, and very clean. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!!

I moved here in April and have been struggling to find a nail salon that was not rude and also one that could explain the process to achieve the look I desired since I don't do my nails all the time. I had the worst experiences until today. Eric is amazing at his craft, personable and helped me understand what different approaches we could take to get the look and design I wanted. Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return.
